I’m Kim Himes

—Maxwell Leadership Team Certified Speaker, Coach, Trainer, DISC Consultant, Purpose Factor Certified Coach, and Budding Author. I am passionate about fostering growth and development in teams and individuals, with an arm on empowering and developing women called The Graceful Grind. With over 29 years leading and growing teams in business, serving and leading groups in church and serving on non-profit boards.

My mission is to empower individuals to lead themselves and others with purpose and clarity. Striving to inspire each person create an impact that elevates their lives and the lives they touch, leaning in to their God given talents and abilities.
